I reinstalled the game and run the updater but the problem still persist

I think you understood me wrong ,i,m already playing the game but while i,m playing i got those crashes from time to time .

Can you tell me please how i do that(sorry but i,m new to lineage 2)?

Hello ,i what to ask some help about some game crashes ,the game just crashed and i recive an critical error(i uploaded a print),it happens very often so is very unpleasant. In error report writes that i got windows vista but my OS is windows 10. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
