i got these delays aswell, every minute a little freeze and every 5-10 mins longer 5 sec freeze, they saying they working on it, maybe thats the reason servers are down atm.

well apparently it was BT Parental control that i was not able to disable completely, i turned it off but the protection level light still blocked me to join server, for some reason only this server not any other i tested. Had to go in myBT. and delete it completely on theyre website and it sorted problem. Thanks for response

Is anyone playing from United Kingdom , did you had any problems logging in in first placE? how you sorted it if you had? What is your boradband provider? Appriciate any help and advice given. Cheers guys

Playing from United Kingdom and have problem to log in, does not go past this screen, Login details entered correct, friend from russia log in my account without problem. Help please
