I've made a lvl 3 clan a month ago. Going to be level 4 when I see we can handle fortresses. We're an English speaking clan with 8 or so players. We have a lot of alts. I don't care so much about level as much as I do about English. I'm just looking to rally the English speakers under one banner and get around to organizing some party events.
