i dont think that 2 weeks are doable or even wise, but for example the first of december could work..
anyway most important would be, imo, to get a date and if the owner belives that this year is too soon, they should do at least some major events, for an example: double exp over weekend, double exp for new toons; and some other minor events like santa, letters and pumpkin
