'error getting login server list' what the hek ?? how to fix t??

i did. now i installed all files (i hope) but while trying to log in there is still info about maintenance when would it be possible to log in and start farming????

this launcher is bullsh.t it is crushing every single time i try to start it yesterday i had downloaded 22gb, and now 'update required' and after pressing the button launcher is down.. any ideas how to fix it or better start searching for another server??
