for me it fails to load update files with BranchSys2.utx no l2.bin in processes either

Hey, i have a problem with the updater... see the picture. I added the e-global updater to firewall and virus exceptions, still nothing worked. Then i saw on the forum to delete the system and im still getting the same error. Ideas? edit: it fails at systextures/BranchSys2.utx
