You are right, turns out i tested skill with different buffs, but still, 11s cd without buffs and 9s with npc buffs + regular dances is way too long.

TK uses dual sword while other tanks use Duals, but problem here is that TK aoe skill has 2 times longer cooldown. That makes it much harder to solo farm. https://l2e.global/wiki/petitions/623 Update: just checked other tanks, they all have same cooldown, 6 seconds with full OBT Buffs, and around 9 secs with regular npc buffs and regular dances. That aoe skill is irelevant
