i tried again and it worked fine it seems.

when i put that in the folder i no longer see the 70x server..

after i enter the numbered passcode on the character screen i crit and get this system message. CharacterPasswordWnd Transient.CharacterPasswordWnd (Function Interface.CharacterPasswordWnd.tryPasswordCheck:0070) Unknown code token 5F

never mind.. it fixed it self after a few minutes

seven signs, forbidden book of the elmore-aden kingdom says "you have entered another instance zone, therefore you cannot enter corresponding dungeon" but im not in another instance.. i dont even have another quest open.
