summoners can lvl up their skill (Blaze ,Twister ,Aqua Swirl )after 2nd class
but i notice that only Human mystic has Surrender to Fire lvl3 that they get till 35lvl.
the other summoner classes dont have Surrender to Water /Surrender to Wind , so this should be unfair for them i guess
