First of all I believe that mana potions should give less mana and not 200 per second for 11 sec. Second of all buffs after 75 lvl should not be on alt +b so pvp/farm need active people for rebuffing and all the staff that are needed. This way you will have more CPs cause people will need CPs to farm. And if you do change mana potions classes like EE/SE will have a better role in the parties and everyone will enjoy a server that has mid rates but it will be like a low rate on farm/pvp.

(Give more attention to mana pots please cause this is a bit of annoying)

Well server without mana pots is for sure suitable for rates that go max up to x10, as for buffs being removed its kinda hard since rates are x50 and people wont join only as a group but also as solo players.
