Support ticket won't help you because they pretty much say same thing to every banned/jailed person, they do not try to invest any time in specific case. And later tonight you will be told that "NO!" "We investigate in every situation very carefully and consider before taking action" :)

Support ticket response is completely automated, its saying the same thing over and over again and im trying to speak with a staff member for 15h+ now.

Such treatment of the prosecuted is forbidden by The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Russia has signed in 1968 and ratified 5 years later. Furthermore, holding player's property ingame in jail can be perceived as slavery, as without an actively processed case in which a player would at least be provided a documentation of proof that the punishment is justified, the player's usage of the free product (which your server provides and on which usage the players agree) is delayed until the player decides to give you real money. This means that our rights and freedoms are violated and you are ought to provide a remedy.

Just for people who's customer rights were violated: Just open PayPal disputes (or whatever other banks you used to donate) and refund your money, if administration don't know how to manage project, then make this expensive for them.
