BUG of pets

Hi, i have a hatchling of wind and him was killed by mob together with my, when i come back to ress my pet, i cant see him , it looks like him gone because i cant se even a window with him stats , i still have dragonflute of wind in my inventory, buy when i try to use it, it says you cannot use multiple pet/servitor on same time. So it means it suposed to be summoned and dead, i still have his action on function unsummon ( like F5 ) and when i try to use it says your pet is dead and cannot be summoned back. What to do. how to ress him in it dissapeared, i have purcheased expensive item for him, i dont want to lose everything. Any help ?
