Lf ADMIN/GM help.. character got jailed for what?

Hello my younger brother told me that he got jailed with his low level spoiler. he playing for a while with l2 as I introduced him in the l2 world. We never used any 3rd party software so for us is not clear why he get jailed. I tried to reach any GM ingame and FB to ask for details but no luck hope I can get assistance here to solve this problem as we don't feel right to punish us for something we don't ever do.

btw character name is Pandacska a low lever dwarf.
