Are you tried to instal patch http://download.l2e-global.com/l2e-global_patch_x7_gf.zip ?

nop :/ if i install it i have to remake new acc and again hero 20 lvl? or because it is 20 lvl i will receive the bonus?

No, items already on your character, you just don't see) So instal it and everything will be okay

I'm level 40 and i didnt receive any bonus , i made update , i put that system 300mb and nothing . 1 Friend have the same problem , we received only the 2k ss no grade and the rest for lvl 1 , for lvl 20 and lvl 40 nothing .

Did you create new account after 8.10.2016? And instal patch http://download.l2e-global.com/l2e-global_patch_x7_gf.zip ?

now it's done , idk how but on pc still not working , but on my laptop its working , i will transfer the system from laptop to pc :)
