Hey. I type to you from a point of frustration and dissapointment of your staff. Lets start with me saying that your guys that punish the bots are incompetent. I sent like 20! Reports of which only 1! guy got banned. Mostly the reason u stated was: Player was offline during the check. Holy shit what time are u checking it guys? Usually when I was asleep and as a nolifer that would be 06:00 am - 3:00 pm! No wonder you can't catch anything. But thats just one part of a problem. I got pissed and started frapsing the bots so you can see it by yourself that i wasnt wrong.

To be fair. The video was quite long - over 7 minutes. THATS WHY I GAVE YOU A TIME-STAMPS WHERE TO LOOK AT BUT I THINK U JUST IGNORED IT IF YOU DECIDED NOT TO PUNISH THIS BOT TRAIN.

After watching these just 3 segments tell me there is not enough evidence of this guy botting :D AND THIS GOES UNPUNISHED bot train that was left for all nighter and nothing 0 punishment. Also its a SECOND time i report this party and still nothing :D And what was your staffs response on Ticket?

My reports got banned like 4-5 bot trains. All i recieved was not even 1 adena! It was 0. Why would i bother and waste my hours on this if you are not serious about bots. And lie to community about the event? Really?

First of all - there is the human factor, not all people in technical support work at night and part of the bots actually goes off line. For ban character - we need to check it out personally by our specialist(bothunter).

We'll talk to our team about improving dismantling tickets improve the quality of ticket review.

We do not give out the award for bot reports now, like it was on interlude, so I don't understand your claim.

I saw you linking exactly same topic About Bot Hunting+rewards in 2 different topics about bots on Gracia Final x7. On top of it the topic exists in General Boards of the project, not interlude server + in topic itself it isnt specified what servers it includes so most people just assume its for the project overall(that would make sense considering its in a FAQ/Informations section+there are overall rules about bot usage for whole project in the topic itself)

 

Most bots play outside of your specialist(bothunter) timezone and apparently he misses a lot of opportunity to catch them.

 

If you need to check it out personally then why do you keep asking for videos or screenshots of bots when someone sends a ticket or makes forum post about bots? Wouldnt it be pointless to do so just to later on ignore the evidence provided to you by the community? You are clearly trying to cover up for yout staff members unprofessionalism. Come the fuck on, most people play this game for over 5 years. Everyone even with 1/4 of their brain can see full bot party on the video i just provided. There is no denying it.

As I said before - we do not give out awards for bot hunting, we will correct this misunderstanding in that topic. Thank you for this :)

We are all human and we need sometimes to rest ;). I took your feedback, our team will try to normalize the work schedule for bothunters.

 

Video and screenshots to helps us to find the offender immediately. Probably your ticket still had to revise again, it could be our fault. I assure you - our specialists are professionals, there is nothing to hide.

I send proof of other people boting. They indeed were banned, but when I asked for reward, they said there is no reward on this server. Meanwhile their server description says that players will be rewarded for reporting bots.

From 2 tickets with videos i sent they banned the offenders but from this one+few others they didnt. Seems to me like its a waste of time reporting bots here. You lose so much time you gain nothing and maybe with a 50/50 chance they will get banned if u give solid proof.
