You have exposed in the topic, the answer that you got from our support (who speaks on behalf of the Administration)

I have made the ticket on him before too, and have done it now also...

But auto answers that you get after making tickets that you think is private and removed from forum.

but do not think you look at the tickets always autoresponder to make it easy for you.

So my question is should I stop this frapsing and tickets?

But these issues are always going through support, not on forum

I think it's good to post that kind of movie here. People see what's going on, at server and what admins do with it.

The best option - to send the video to our technical support(via tickets). We couldn't ban them on forum.

Dear zkalman,

 

We are always considering tickets about violating of the Project Rules, and we are always informing players about the results (have we banned or we haven't because of a lack of evidences). If the ticket contains a constructive video about a Project Rules violation and the violation is clearly seen - we ban a violator according to this video-evidence (and inform the player who sent the ticket about results).

So we will be grateful if you continue frapsing such videos and sending them to the Support Team via tickets from your Control Panel.
