noob needs help

hi!..i ve been told that l2 its not for new users, that is too hardcore to someone to start learning it in 2017, however im trying to give it a chance in this server...can you give me some tips or what to do/what not to do?..so far im 26 human knight..i ve done the wolf pet quest ( although it seems pretty useless right now ), and i dont know where to get gear! ( i have the tickets that the cat gives but i cant find the place to exchange them )...so..im the l2 noobest player ever, pls say something to help me!

i found some leveling guides out there, but i cant find what to do..i mean i know dwarf can craft things, i should lvl a dwarf among my main char? whats a subclass?..there are no crafting professions here like in wow? thx you

You can earn 1st, 2nd and 3rd proffessions on your main class via passing quest for proffessions, or you can purchaise proffs in E-Store in-game - http://image.prntscr.com/image/8fe3a28849864153b3e1705cdf2d17d9.png

After you receive 75 level on your main class you can pass quests for subclass: Fate's Whisper and after this Mimir's Elixir. Also you should know that there is a certain range of subclasses you can earn being a human knight:

- You cannot choose a subclass from the same group as your main class.

- You cannot choose Overlord and Warsmith (dwarf) as subclasses.

You can receive 3 subclasses one by one.

If you want to have a character for crafting items (http://image.prntscr.com/image/80d3c07a81674b4291aa17b526ee4288.png) you should create a new dwarf character (Warsmith proffession). However you don't need to have your own crafter to create items, you can do it thrue other players who have Warsmith in exchange for adena or other game values.

There are a lot of possibilities in Lineage2, so I want to advise you to find one good web resource where you can find answers on your questiong about fundamentals of the game :)

thats pretty hard for me..i read lot of guides but they are different from what it happens here, dunno if its because the version or whatever...

Yop agree with Scion. Most of us are very old players, and trust me if i told you: most of us who try to learn game by our selfs(alone) it takes fucking monts!!!

Rly its alot better if you find some group of ppl who can talk to you on skype or TS, becoz trust me write everything, take forever... But when you learn some things and explore PvP then you will discover smth in L2 what other MMORPG never can offer me. Rly hard to discribe but i start after 6 years breake(game just got some magic for us).
