We have 3 EU proxy's, please try each of them:

 

Please consider that you need to do complete reloging before changing proxy. Here is the way of how to correctly switch between proxy servers:

1. Enter your login

2. Enter the password

3. Click the "Log In" button

4. Click "Agree"

5. Chose a proxy server

6. If you can't login to it (or need to change it), go to the step 7.

7. Press Cancel

8. Enter the password again, and click the "Log In" button

9. Chose another proxy server (without clicking on the one that was selected in step 5).

10. If you can't login to it, go to the step 7.

P.S. if you don't see these 3 proxy's, then you are missing some game files. To fix that you need to make a full check of game files via our updater in such way:

- delete "System" folder from your game client;

- Run the updater "GraciaFinal_x7.exe", click "Check files" and wait for the full update of the game files.
