Tyrant skills crit possibly bug

I provided you with a video using 57 skills and had only 1 critical, if you are telling me this is working as it worked in official then i can't even answer you to that, you are saying you have the original scripts of gracia final but still you had bugs to fix in PTR, this one you missed.

This is not a bug, skill works correctly. And you do not provide any convincing proofs to the contrary, so these are only groundless guesses and assumptions :nu4to:

57 tests - that not enough to draw conclusions, it is needed to make at least 300-500 tests to calculate the approximate result (better - more). As I already wrote, the chance is 5% now and that's right chance rate. You did not provide any convincing evidence back, but only words. Fixes cannot be based on words.

 

As for OBT - all issues were fixed, when players provided evidences of incorrect work of something (they gave links to official sources, videos from official servers, and so on). I haven't received any from you, only unfounded theories. Fixes are not made this way.
