Issue starting the game after download

I download the client and Run E-Global.exe and all I get is "Error Getting Login Server List", "Error Setting Login Server", "server unavailable" and "FIle list is empty, can't update"did i do something wrong?

You need to download one of two updaters:

 

E-global multiserver launcher — must be installed in separate folder

or

Updater "Light Version" — must be located in game client folder

 

then update your game client

I try everything and keep getting the same issue.

It did not work. could it be that I'm downloading the "[E-Global] Interlude Final"client and not the rework?

Try deleting InterludeFinal folder than update game client again. Even if it says Update finished, click check files again. When "check files" button will become grey, try launch game client.

1. How do I buy the family coins and get them in-game? I would like to use my PayPal buy coins

2. The daily quest can be done at any lev?

3. I notice some text are not in English? is this normal

4. is the bot problem bad here? I play retail and I'm sick of playing a server full of bots "(

2. Regular daily quests are available at any character level

3. Can you please specify which part so we can fix it?

4. We are using strong anti cheat system, you should not worry about any 3rd party software on our server
