Balance replenishment

 

The balance of the Personal Account applies to the entire project. This means that by replenishing your balance, you can spend Family Coins on any of our servers.

In order to top up your balance, go to your Control Panel and follow several steps:

1. Go to the Balance section:
2. Select a payment system. The available payment methods in each payment system are indicated on the selection buttons;
3. Enter the amount of Master Coins, that you want to receive;
4. Click the Pay button and go to payment in the payment system;
5. After payment, your balance will be displayed in the upper right corner of your personal account. To update the information, click on the balance. Please note, that the speed of Master Coin crediting depends on the speed of your bank or other payment systems, that you use! Usually this takes a few minutes. If Master Coins has not been credited within 24 hours, then contact the Support Service - we will definitely help you there.

    

 

 

 

 

 

Getting Master Coin in the game

To bring Master Coins into play, you need to take a few steps:

1. Be sure to select the server on which you want to receive Master Coins (you can see the selected server in the upper left corner);
2. Click on the Balance display, and then Transfer to the game;
3. In the opened window, enter the amount of Master Coins that you want to receive, select your game account, character. Confirm the Master Coin withdrawal with the Transfer to the Game button.

Please note that Master Coin brought into the game cannot be used to pay for goods and services in the Control Panel! If the account / character is not displayed in the Personal Account, you need to Update the list of characters, or re-enter the Master Account.

Deposit bonuses and discounts

When replenishing the balance of your Control Panel, you can receive bonus coins. The more one-time replenishment is, the more bonuses you get.

 

For example, if you top up your balance with 750 Master Coins, then you will additionally receive 52 Master Coins.

 

There is also an accumulative discount in your Control Panel. All replenishments are taken into account and added to the Total Balance. The more Total is, the more discount your account has. If you are our regular player and use one Master Account, then this gives you a decent benefit in the future.

 If you have a discount, the assortment of the My Account shop will be displayed immediately with a discount.
