Everyone knows how market works but we are going to describe it once again.
 

Note that Market Balance is separate from your account balance. For market purchases you will need to add funds to your market balance, not account balance.
Market balance can be transferred to your account balance or to your bank card or other payment systems available for you.

Please note! The commission of our service is 25%!
Active actions of "the company" affected many aspects of Lineage market and also most of the payment systems which refused to work with not official projects. Using unreliable systems is risky so we made market exchange system legal.
This obliged us to pay tax on transactions, which led to increased withdrawal commission. However, at the same time we removed commission of payment systems (~3-6% on average, depending on country and payment system of recipient).
We also added PayPal as withdrawal option. For PayPal commission is paid by recipient.

Current system won't lead project to block for legal reasons, has the same commission as FunPay but guarantees not only legality of the transaction (according to the rules of the project) but also instant trades via our platform, easy access from account control panel and a guarantee that you get exactly what it was stated.
This changes will not not affect players who want to buy an item or players who want to sell an item and transfer Master CoinOfficial server's currency.

First and second MasterWork launches are big events on the market. A lot of players come to check out and join our community, but let's be honest, not all of them follow the rules.
Everyone understands who are we talking about and what are the goals for this kind of players. We've done huge work starting from launch day and still working on this topic. We said that we are going to restrict access for people who negatively impact on our project, market and the game in general. Earlier we talked about what speculation means and I will remind you briefly. Speculation is not the desire to buy cheaper or sell dearer as part of market pricing. It is simply a common sense approach to trading. However, if a player or group of players has a single goal in the game to make a profit from other players and convert it into real currency, while not having literally game characters in the most general sense - it is negative speculation and such players are not welcome on our project, because spoil the game, first of all, you. There can be many examples of such actions, from buying out all the coins from the market with the subsequent sale at a significantly inflated value, to, on the contrary, the collapse of prices.

So what are we doing to deal with this?
We have banned more than 1200 accounts of such players since launch day.
Some of them contact User Support and after explanations of their actions and violations they usually stop. We are really glad that it happens because ban is not the best solution. Did we ban all of players that doing bad things? No, but we are not going to stop working on it.

 

Any player can put almost any item on market thanks to our web service, which is available on account control panel. The seller must set item price.

Items that cannot be sold:

• Materials;
• Master Coins;
• Quest items;

1. Player_1 (Seller) wants to sell  Bow of Peril for 100 http://klikr.org/c03b8f8c864c4b1490ad00bb4d3b.png Master Coins.
2. The seller puts item on a market with our service on Control Panel;
3. Item will be removed from your inventory until it is removed from market or bought.
4. Player_2 (Buyer) wants to buy listed item.
5. Buyer uses Market Balance to buy  Bow of Peril for 100 http://klikr.org/c03b8f8c864c4b1490ad00bb4d3b.png Master Coins;
6. Buyer gets item ingame.
7. Seller pays 5% commission and gets 95 Family Coins on Market Balance.
8. Now seller can transfer market balance:
   1. Master Account balance (1:1,  95 http://klikr.org/c03b8f8c864c4b1490ad00bb4d3b.png Master Coins);
   2. Bank account:
      • 95 Master CoinOfficial server's currency.
        10 Master Coins = 1 Euro.

10 Market Balance = 1 Euro;
10 Market Balance = 10 Master Account Balance or 0.75 Euro.

Note!

• Once in a several months unused Market Balance will be transferred to Master Account balance automatically. This action will be announced in advance. After Market Balance is transferred to Master Account balance it cannot be transferred back! 
  • You can use that balance to purchase any store items or services. 
• When Market balance is transferred to Master Account balance it cannot be transferred to your bank account or Market!
• Master Coin from your character cannot be transferred to your Master Account Balance or Market Balance; 
• Withdrawal requests are processed every Monday. Further requests are transferred to the payment system for payment. Payments are made within 24-72 hours;
• VIP points will not be awarded for purchases on the market.
• If the player placed the wrong item or the wrong price by mistake, the deal is still considered complete and cannot be canceled. Please be careful when placing lots.

• Advertising and discussion of their lots in the game is forbidden;
• Promise bonuses in the game for the purchase of your lot is forbidden.

4. The first withdrawals from the market will be available approximately until January 10.

5. Published lots appear on the market with a delay of several minutes.

6. Commission 25% is actually commission 5%.
The rest of the fees are the personal choice of people who withdraw money from the game. 
The market is a convenient marketplace for trading game items online with a 5% commission for transactions 
(for example, in Steam it is ~ 30%). Balance withdrawal rate. To the balance of your personal account = 1 to 1,

7. The administration reserves the right to evaluate the actions of users and impose any sanctions on them

8.Characters who are cheating, swindling or in any other situation that results in damage to other players will have their items confiscated. It's also possible to block access to the market.
