On all servers first catching of character using third party software to automate gameplay is punished by blocking the character without the possibility to challenge the ban.

Bot = Ban without unban.

 

An automated game detection system has been developed to more effectively detect the game violators. Please do not use third-party software to automate gameplay to avoid blockages.

From now, the software blocking policy for the E-Global project will be transferred to indefinite blocks of the characters for violation of the rules without the possibility of ban removal.

Example:

• The character that were caught on bot - ban of the character without ban removal.
• Subsequent blocks of new characters from one HWID = blocking of HWID on project.

Explanation:

• Ban - is the blocking of a character or game account.
• HWID - is your computer’s ID, which is based on your hardware.
