Trade auto-canceling

Hello, something verry wierd it's happening, I can't TRADE my box, the chars I open from other account, but same PC .... I can trade anyone else with no problem, but I can not trade my boxes Oo .... I did full check, fsat check ,reloged....nothing helps.

 

 Check down below pls, what I should do ? :(
