Averia Feathers????

So i have been told that Averia Feathers can be gathered threw the voting system, but i have been voting for almost a week now and recieved NO feather what so ever.

I am currently deciding weather to "donate" to the server, i wanted to donate for 5k aver's but some of the items i wish to enjoy from your + Plus shop requires averia feathers.I think the averia feathers are a great idea to keep voting up, but it also seems like the system in kinda broken from some of the other post i have read.It just seems that this would keep people from buying aver's due to the fact the need feathers as well.Hoping to hear something back on this ASAP, so i may have a answer on weather i should be donating or it would be a waste of my time !!!

Just a quick update, some of the site dont show your actual vote.It just takes u straight to TOP list after voting.But i didn capture some screenshot of the site that do show your actual vote.

Ok so i used your Link, and started voting at this site,But still wasnt recieveing feathers.Then i spoke with my guild and they explained to me that i needed to choose the server i was voting for.So now i got it figured out and will continue to vote, but was wondering if i was still gonna recieve the 10 averia feather for my previous votes?

ah y. xD i voted twice on La2.mmotop.ru. and the other sites once or twice. I think the problem was that i hadn't registered my facebook ac on averia so maybe was getting lost.

in game is LoveSki (x15) but i don't have screenshot so ill probably just buy the feathers, i'll try voting on l2top as well.
