70x and proxy

Hello ladies... where to start.. uhm.. we are clan from czech republic, also we are not alone, there are more czech ppl and problems are proxis... best proxis for us are UK/RU, but still.. we have around 200 ping(lowest from all proxy), sometimes more.. so i would like to ask if theres any way hoiw to reduce ping for us, czech players..

 

(when i played on 55x, i used FR proxy, lowest ping, but on 70x i dont know why, ping is higher than on UK/RU)

Maybe you or someone of your friends can tell us a data-center in your country? We`ll be able to create a new proxy and it`ll help a lot)
