About Lag/Delay Cannot Play Like This..

Well i'm From brazil i'm using battle Ping and UA proxy,and my CP its Europe and South American,the most of South Americans have Lag/delay exemple my problem is.. not delay is lagging from server or proxy dunno what its.. but my character get stuck of 5-10 sec i can't move my character and then appear disconnect .

 

Problem on olympiad almost the same.. i see enemys moving as well.. and my character get stuck i cannot move.. and enemys hitting me without lag,in intering in despair i don't know what to do really i cannot play like this my cp.. i want to found a solution cuz i already likes this staff.. and comunity we have good pvps.. here we don't want to leave but i want to found a solution for me and mys member... i rope you guys will help me. thx to read

its not problem with textures lol its lag... dude i know what is a lag

Don't lose your time talking about lags, blackscreens and etc, cuz they will say your pc is weak(with ppl in ssd, last generation of i7, best graphic cards etc).
