1.C-heal don't always heal 30% on max hp(eg ol reg 1k hp). Please check if the case is not set to heal of max current hp. Should heal to 30% of max hp.

2.On command channel if we are not thereby clan/ally ppl teak dmg if someone is on flag:/

3.On now Cancel is unstopped and have 100% chances for success. Think either lowering the chance of success to rezist was relevant , or change for random cancel bufs for 1 to 3/5.

4.Please Reduce the required lvl to enter freya/freya hard to 80 because we want to take there judicators(that class is only for sub:/).

Yes I know that but usually(here) is 3-5 buffs with 100% chance and rezist bufs don't works:/

And Judicator is the only class in l2 which can be taken from the subclass. And there are a lot of people who play it for pvp / pve.

1. A party member who has least % HP obtains max heal.

2-3 It works the same way as on official servers.

4. It won`t be changed (Judicator too)
