VOTE - step by step

Hey guys

 

im as many of you, not russian.

Im looking for help to vote, i cant figure out how to do it..

And the gms havnt been of any kind of help.

Im tired of there talk about this been an international server, when they clearly prefere russians...

So much talk about spending thousands of dollars on this project, and still they havnt even used few hours to make

it possible to european ppl to vote, without struggling with translators for hours..

so if anybody got a small step by step guide that actually works, plz post it...or a video :)
