Need help downloading the game

Hello everyone! I really like to play on this server(x10). I like playing on low rate, and of course a server with lots of players. First, my question is.. Since this is high five, can i just download the system folder and put it in my Lineage 2 folder? So it will save me a lot of time downloading again and start right away. Because i tried it, when i reach login screen, there are some missing icon,logo. And when i enter the pincode/password for the character, L2 closes with an error.

 

And also, i am playing from the Philippines. Will i have any problem playing it? I cant understand russian, will i be able to play this in english? And last thing..are majority of the players here are russian? Or there are a few people who speaks english too?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
