Would be better remove these buff scrolls, for Fighters and Mages.
This takes away the importance of Buffer classes in game, and the NPC merchants that sell buff potions, like potion of alacrity and others.
 
Removing this makes the game much more interesting, and it would make me play again this game that i love.

You already get newbie guide buffs until 61. That's more than enough hand holding. If you want a more custom server then there are plenty around.
