As the person, who have more than enough expirience in creating forums, i could suggest only 1 thing that will work. Make separate forum: One for Russian / UA Second for english speaking users Only that will solve. You will never ever make Russians to speak on English. Sad, but true.

Second of all, you don't need to confirm you email when you make registration, you should confirm it in Control Panel. And the last one - when you make a registartion u got file with log and pass, i think you forgot about Prefix.

Thank you guys, at least someone found, that our donate list is better than on 90% of server. I was crying, when our team kick out from shop all (12 SA, Boxes, make rune twice less profitable, dota2 pets and other stuff). On all of our privious server it was higger, because we always invest good money in adv, to gather quality online. But at these opening, we decide to make it as classic as possible. How on earth, player, who can't invest more than 2 hours in game daily, will disbalanced server?
